Promoting Gender Diversity at Lilly

Making lives better starts with understanding and inclusion. If we want to succeed, we need to work to integrate diversity into every aspect of our business. Diversity must act as “the lens through which we’re able to understand, test ideas, challenge assumptions, and respond to patients’ needs”, as our Chairman and CEO, John Lechleiter, Ph.D stated.
